This position focuses on developing and implementing behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will conduct assessments such as the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify client needs and create measurable treatment goals. Responsibilities also include supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality service delivery. Additionally, you will be expected to monitor client progress, adjust programs as needed, and collaborate with families and other professionals to align on treatment strategies. Participation in team meetings, clinical supervision, and adherence to ethical guidelines and safety protocols is essential.
