"We were working on using the device to request specific items," the RBT recalls. "One of our primary goals was to encourage him to use the device to say 'help.'" A breakthrough moment arrived sooner than expected. "One day, to my utter surprise, he spontaneously said 'help' vocally!" she says. "This incredible moment confirmed the effectiveness of our ABA therapy and filled me and his parents with immense joy."

"During one session, I decided to assess his reading skills," she explains. "I showed him a page with pictures of animals on his device and wrote the corresponding words. To my astonishment, he accurately matched each word to its corresponding picture!" This unexpected yet delightful discovery opened up new educational strategies for her patient.
